As a service to our patients, our practice accepts most dental insurance programs. If you have insurance, we will gladly process your claim but we request that you pay your estimated portion when services are rendered. Our team will prepare all the necessary forms for your dental benefits. However, we remind you that your specific policy is an agreement between you and your insurance company. Please keep in mind that you are responsible for your total obligation should your insurance benefits result in less coverage than anticipated.
The fees charged for services rendered to those who are insured are the usual and customary fees charged to all our patients for similar services. Your policy may base its allowances on a fixed fee schedule which may or may not coincide with our fees. You should be aware that different insurance companies vary greatly in the types of coverage available. Also, some companies take care of claims promptly while others delay payment for several months.Insurance

Membership Plan
Our in-house premier dental plan is an affordable program for those living without insurance, but understand the importance of routine care. With our membership plan, you to save on all dental procedures, with no limits or deductibles.
How It Works
You pay the annual fee for the plan. Once paid, you have 365 days from the
date of enrollment to utilize it and receive your preventative care, as well as a 25% discount on other services. After 12 months, if you choose, you can re-enroll in the plan for another year.
